We follow a No Document Retention Policy, which means your documents are not stored or shared with any third party once the process is complete.

Every case is processed securely under the Client Service Agreement, ensuring full transparency and legal protection for you.

Your information stays safe, private, and in your control — always.

As per company policy, no refund is applicable once the agreement is accepted and the recovery process has started, since each case involves documentation, verification, and third-party coordination efforts.

However, in any exceptional situation approved under the terms of the Client Agreement, a refund (if applicable) will be processed & credited within 7 working days from the date of approval.

1. Service Scope
DhanRecovery.in helps individuals and families recover their unclaimed or lost financial assets such as physical shares, dividends, and other investments. All services are provided as per the Client Service Agreement signed before starting the process.

2. Client Agreement
Every recovery case is handled strictly as per the signed agreement, which defines the process, documents, and service charges. Once the agreement is accepted, it becomes binding on both parties.

3. Refund Policy
As per our policy, no refund is applicable once the recovery process has started.
In any exceptional case covered under the Client Agreement, an eligible refund (if any) will be processed within 7 working days from approval.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete documents for verification.
DhanRecovery.in will not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
Clients are not permitted to bypass or directly contact any company, RTA, or authority for the same case once engaged with us.

5. Confidentiality
All client data and documents are kept strictly confidential and used only for verification and recovery purposes.
We maintain full privacy and comply with applicable data protection standards.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we use our best efforts in every case, DhanRecovery.in cannot guarantee success or be held liable for actions or delays by external authorities such as companies, RTAs, or IEPF.

7. Jurisdiction
All matters related to our services will be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Bangalore, Karnataka.

8. Ownership of Assets
All recovered assets, shares, or financial investments remain the sole property of the client.
DhanRecovery.in acts only as a service provider to assist in the recovery and has no ownership or claim over any recovered funds, shares, or assets.
